Blackboard for Adjunct Faculty

How do adjunct law faculty create and access Blackboard course pages?

Answer

Adjuncts who are coded properly in Banner as instructors and assigned to their courses by the registrar will have course shells created in Blackboard. They should be able to access their Blackboard course site at https://udc.blackboard.com. Blackboard tutorials are publicly available at https://help.blackboard.com/Learn/Instructor.

Adjuncts may use the course management systems provided by Westlaw (TWEN) or Lexis (Classroom). TWEN and Classroom are available with registered Westlaw and Lexis accounts. If an instructor has not yet registered for UDC academic Westlaw and Lexis accounts, please email lawlibraryhelp@udc.edu so the law library can send  registration instructions.
